How much does a kids entertainer cost? Well here is our price list. We have published our children’s entertainer prices online since Paul first uploaded a webpage way back in1998. There weren’t too many websites back then. We believe in transparency and fairness with kids entertainer pricing.

All kids entertainer prices on this page are for private parties in the home or at a local venue  and is the most comprehensive price list anywhere. All packages can be customised.

Please contact us for more details on corporate, school, creche, camps and festival package prices as they may vary due to more children being entertained. This could mean additional sound equipment, lighting and staging costs.

We also offer a FREE Online Party Invitation System with any package bought. It is so easy to use and wIll save you a lot of time.

Kids Entertainer Costs – Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of our booking confirmation number. And the cost covers the provision of ONE entertainer per each of the above packages. There will be a additional cost associated with a second or  further entertainers.
2. It is the responsibility of the adult(s) in charge to supervise the children at all times. This is to ensure compliance with the Children’s First Bill of 2012. We also reserve the right, that in the exceptional circumstance, should a child’s behavior be deemed unacceptable – we will request that the supervising adult intervene.
3. It is also the responsibility of the adult(s) in charge to supervise the ADULTS at all time! No groups of chatting parents trying to be heard over the entertainer. Remember we can always turn the amplifier up to “11”….but this is not good for the children, so parents please do not spoil it for them.
4. Our packages are suitable for 3 – 13 year olds. It is important that parents supervise any children under the age of 3, as this will avoid show disruptions.
5. All of our kids entertainer package costs are for within a 30 km radius of your party location and not all packages are available nationwide. If we do not have a suitable entertainer available in your area, you will be informed of an additional petrol and toll levy in advance of any final agreement. Sure, we don’t mind the traveling at all!
6. A deposit of €50 will be required to secure your booking. The balance will be payable on the day of your party. Please note that we have to add a €3 levy (€53) for payments made by credit card or PayPal, these are mad fees but that’s what they charge……. sorry! There is no levy for cheque deposits.
7. Party entertainer costs cover a maximum of 20 children (or thereabouts).
8. If the party function room is difficult to access and/or there is no parking in the vicinity and the entertainer has a lot of equipment to set up, Really Grand Events reserves the right to curtail the entertainers performance by up to 10 minutes for a 90 minute show and up to 20 minutes for shows of 2 hours or more.
9. We are fully insured for public and employer liability and are tax compliant. All allergies, medical requirements or other similar conditions applicable the party children, which may affect the party in any way, must be reported to us prior to the party date.
10. Our entertainer will call you no later than one or two days before your party, just to finalise numbers and/or any other details.
11. All quotes are issued subject to entertainer availability. We get a lot of website visitors and enquiries and we are unwilling to follow up each inquiry with another call or email. This could be construed as “pressure selling” – which is not widely acceptable these days.
12. We target to get to your party venue no later than 15 minutes prior to our entertainers start time. However and despite allowing for possible delays, we cannot accept responsibility for circumstances beyond our control e.g. extreme weather conditions, accidents, unexpected traffic delays, plagues of locusts, vehicle breakdown, alien invasion, volcanoes, meteor impacts, Mayan or any other end of world prediction etc. We will contact you enroute and advise, should a rare event such as this occur, even with extreme weather…that’s common enough these days.
13. By booking Really Grand Events you give us permission to take photographs at parties or events for use on this website, Facebook and for promotional material. We will NEVER identify children’s names, ages, locations etc and only take pictures on the very rare occasion. If you do not wish for this to happen please notify us in advance.
14. We love to do our shows outdoors but we are weather dependent. Wind is also the enemy of magic props and sometimes puppet shows. You should also take care if it’s a sunny hot day. We will recommend that we stay indoors should the party organiser have not arranged sun block for all the children.
15. If you have additional entertainment, such as bouncy castles, please arrange a temporary halt for the duration of the main show that you are asking us to provide. This will ensure that all the children will enjoy the show.
16. If the client is responsible for any delays to the agreed start time or at anytime during the party, we reserve the right to curtail the performance duration. A delay may make our entertainer late for their next scheduled party.
